In a jarring contrast with the intimate space within her previous film baking, Xinyan, now back to the US, investigates the physical distance, her queerness, and language barriers that have caused an unbridgeable gap between her and her parents. Through screenshots, chat boxes, and documentations of her everyday life, she crafts a one-way letter that reimagines reconnections on her own terms.
